The location couldn’t have been better — about 2.5 km from the swim start, which meant we were close enough to town for easy access to all the Ironman action, yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. It was also ideal for swim training and running sessions along Alii Drive.The condo itself exceeded expectations. It was spacious, immaculately maintained, and incredibly well equipped — truly everything you could want and more. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil imaginable, making it easy to feel at home, and the beds were very comfortable after long training and race days. We especially appreciated the ocean views from the lanai and the relaxed, welcoming feel of the complex. Reviewer Comments: We just finished a month long stay at Kona Sea Ridge with our family of 7! This home was perfect for our group and had plenty of room to spread out. We really loved watching sunsets on the patio (or walking to Honyl Beach just a short walk away). The kitchen amenities were top of the line and make eating at home really easy. Costco is a 10 minute drive away (and the cheapest gas on the island by far) and Instacart delivers from Safeway, just a 5 minute drive away as well. We made use of the gym and pool everyday. This home was the perfect launching point to exploring the whole island! We appreciated the beach chairs and our kids loved the boogie boards! It seems like they thought of everything. Comfortable beds and plenty of extra linens and towels.
