We found we didn't need it in living area. Screen door to deck and ceiling fan kept it comfortable. Gather was responsive after hours upon our arrival. Just operator error in retrieving the key. However the support from the staff was awful. And the instructions for parking are incredibly convoluted and unclear. The guide inside your condo is basically just a list of do not do's instead of anything remotely helpful. And be prepared for all manner of noise between the road, and the homeless population that take up residency at the beach below.
