This newly refurbished, luxury beachy retreat is designed for relaxation and convenience in the heart of Kailua Kona. Great for the Sunsets! Walking distance from Kona's best restaurants and bars, it provides easy access to Ali'i Drive and all it offers, including beaches, snorkeling, sightseeing, shopping, and eateries. A/C throughout the house. Accommodations include a luxurious King bed in the upstairs private suite and a brand new Plush Queen pull-out sofa. Property is conveniently located in the heart of Kailua-Kona, just a 5-minute walk to all the best restaurants and shops Kona offers. This remodeled, professionally designed space features a King-size bed with a luxurious down pillow top mattress, a full bath, and a walk-in shower on the 3rd floor. The living space on the second floor features a brand new Queen pull-out couch, TV, full kitchen with range/oven, refrigerator (with water and ice dispenser), toaster, coffee maker, blender, and microwave. A dining space for three and an additional two bar stools on the island makes this space perfect for dinners after a long day exploring all the Big Island has to offer. The unit is equipped with a dual washer/dryer unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, new pots/pans, and dishes needed to prepare a beautiful meal for yourself and your family. Outdoor dining area makes it a great place to watch the famous Kona Sunsets and enjoy the ocean views. Beach Chairs, a Soft Cooler, a large Tommy Bahama Beach Umbrella, Boogie Boards, and Beach Toys are available upon request. A coffee/tea shop and a sandwich shop are just across the street from this property, which you can easily walk to. High-speed internet throughout the home. Just so you know, this home has two other units, but this unit has a private entrance and is entirely private from the other units. We can book the entire unit if desired for a larger family or multiple groups. The whole complex would accommodate up to 10 people.
