While no lanai available, there is a Juliette Balcony/railing to enjoy breezes coming in. King Sized Bed! Great option for 2 people. Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring installed throughout, no carpet! Walk in Shower in the Bathroom! Washer/Dryer for Access. On the 3rd and top floor. There is no elevator but it's a nice gentle open air staircase. Reviewer Comments: Kona Mansions is a great location, close to the main shops, the trolley stop, and a short walk to two small beaches. Our condo unit was on the top floor with a view of the ocean and sunsets.The unit was small but clean. The bed was very comfortable. Beach towels, chairs and a cooler were provided by the owner, however we had to ask about these items in advance as neither the VRBO site nor Knutson's information package had this information. Further, there is no dishwasher, the couch was dirty and uncomfortable, and we had to hunt for the instructions for the combo washer/dryer.We would have liked to swim in the pool at Kona Mansions but the water was dirty and not inviting. The same for the BBQs: dirty and not usable.Our experience with Knutson & Associates staff was great, and we will be renting a different property from them next year. ##### William D.
