This condo has everything you need for a great relaxing stay in Kona. Second floor unit in Kona Bali Kai, 1 Queen bed with new mattress and a queen size sleeper in living room. Kitchen fully equipped so you can stay in and cook if you prefer. Have your morning coffee on the lanai. Wireless, BBQ grill available, pool with jacuzzi, 2 TVs, washer/dryer in unit, lots of extras including beach chairs and towels, and off street parking. This complex is located the center of Ali'i drive see the turtles, surfing and sunsets right across the street, only a couple miles to many beaches .

Great for a small family!

We stayed here two nights over Christmas. The host was responded quickly when we couldn’t find parking. It’s right across from a beach and we saw whales, dolphins, and lots of turtles. It’s close to tons of shops and amenities. Location can’t be beat. We loved it, very clean and quiet. Thanks Della and Tim!

Della's apartment was absolutely beautiful and located in such a central location to downtown Kona. Everything was a short drive away, and the beach is within walking distance! The facility has a pool and an amazing sunset view just across the street. The apartment was well stocked, with everything for cooking, cleaning, showering, washing clothes, etc....I would stay at Della's place again for my next trip to Kona.

The rental property is perfect for us

My family of 3 stayed here 4 nights. The property is clean. Having the beach stuff including towels to borrow is very convenient. The location are quiet even it is by road but you can barely hear a busy road. We will definitely book this again next time. Kona didn't disappoint us!! Till next time

Home away from home!

This Kona Condo was just what I needed! It’s well stocked with everything from cooking needs to beach equipment! Truly felt like home! With the AC unit in the living room, the bedroom was a bit warm when I arrived, but there are many fans so I set one up in the hall to blow cool air in there- worked like a charm!

Short Stay in Kona

Great VRBO stay with equipped kitchen. TV was a great perk with channels like football. Close walk to store with easy to make foods. Beach within 1 mile walk. Only negative feedback was the A/C unit was old and shut down a lot - if you cant handle a warmer bedroom this might be a tough place for you.

Almost Paradise: Sun, Sand, and a Few Tiny Ants!

We recently stayed at this condo and were pleased with its prime location. It's evident that thoughtful considerations went into ensuring guests have everything they need; from kitchen amenities to beach accessories, it's all available. The cleanliness was notable, though we did encounter a "minor ;)" issue with small ants getting into our food. While the overall experience was positive, a slightly more competitive rate would make this the perfect spot. Thank you!

Love the ocean access

The location is great but the unit was not in good order.There was no way to contact the cleaner so I called the owner and they refunded our cleaning fee but I still had to ready the place for us. Except for no dishwasher, the place has all one needs for a comfortable stay. Access to the ocean was great.

Private Condo a Short Drive From the Kailua Strip

This place had everything we needed during our stay in the Kona area. Lots of beach supplies and kitchenware, so we could easily pack our lunches before heading down to the beach. We found if we kept the blinds closed while we were out, and opened the windows upon return, we would get a good crossbreeze in the evenings. Sometimes we used the A/C, but it wasnt always necessary. It was really private as there was a stairwell that separated only two condos on each floor. This is an end unit situated in the back corner of the property and also backed onto a greenspace. We liked how the master bedroom faced this greenspace because it was on the cooler side of the building, and it is also open air (screened-in California shutters) so, you wake up to the sound of birdsong every morning and go to bed to the sight of the house lights on the hillside. You can also catch the trollery every hour down the main town strip. We would stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return to the Big Island.
