  • Right on Alii Drive. Expansive views from the Royal Kona south to the pier north. This location is in the center of town with restaurants, night entertainment all within walking distance. Swim at the pier or in our pool, watch the canoes go by and enjoy our sea life. Condo has air conditioning, elevator and secured covered parking. Location, Location, Location! 5th floor corner unit directly at ocean. The condo has a full kitchen equipped with everything you might need for a night in. You will see some of the worlds best sunsets right on your lanai. It is not unusual to see a pod of dolphins and in the winter, many whales swimming by.
