Our stay was great. The condo was everything it showed. It had what we needed for our stay. We had breakfast and dinner there every day and had all we needed to prepare our food. The exercise room was good as the pool area was also. the location worked well for us. It was a great place to relax in. The condo was great for us!
Nice house with great views. Nice community pool with scheduled water aerobics and a large shallow kid pool. Parking inside gated lot. 2 mins to Kahalu'u with great snorkeling. 2 mins to shopping center with grocery store. 10 mins to downtown Kona.
Beautiful condo with a view of the ocean and a well furnished kitchen. Great for our adult family visit. Comfortable rooms and plenty of space, each of us could relax in a different area when we needed a break! Twin beds were a little uncomfortable for adults. Extremely quiet complex- both location and neighbors. We originally had a child coming, and it turns out I’m glad he couldn’t come, because the unit and complex is not very child friendly/popular. We were there for 8 days over an holiday week, and didn’t see a single other kid, even at the pool! The kid pool was also very hot due to the sun, and with no toys or snorkels allowed in the pool, it wouldn’t have been very fun. I say this all just to help other parents make the decision- it was a lovely adult retreat, but if you’re like me and look for places with pools so you can chill while your kids play in the pool, this didn’t seem to be that place! Also, the closest beach is great for snorkeling but kind of a bummer the sidewalks don’t extend all the way there, so it’s a hot walk along the side of the road if you don’t want to drive.
