The condo is located in a quiet complex just minutes from the beach. We loved how peaceful the lanai was in the morning and how great the location was for sightseeing. It was just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Kona to be relaxing, but close enough to still enjoy all of the fun shops and restaurants after only a short drive.
