This beautifully appointed three bedroom villa has over 2,500 square feet of living area. Each of the three bedrooms are en-suite. The two Primary bedrooms have a king size bed and the third bedroom has two twin size beds that can be converted to a king size bed. Owner provides two 4-person golf carts. Custom furniture designed specifically for this property with interior details by Rhoady Lee Architecture and Design. Teak pocket doors and hard wood flooring throughout. Kitchen is well appointed with new appliances, butcher block counters, and all the conveniences of home. Zoned air conditioning throughout the villa and high-speed wireless internet access. Room Service: This villa is within walking distance to the beach and the Four Seasons Resort amenities including 5 swimming pools, the Sports Club & Spa and the Jack Nicklaus-designed Hualalai Golf Course. Four Seasons in-room dining service is also available with this villa - delivered right to your door! Bedroom Configurations are as follows: Bedroom 1 (Upper Level) Primary Bedroom - King bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and Lanai. Bedroom 2 (Upper Level) - King Bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, Lanai. Bedroom 3 (Upper Level) - Two Twin Beds (converts into a King Bed upon request), TV, Ensuite bathroom. Four Seasons Resort Access: Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13\. That created some challenges inasmuch as my wife and our friend both had recent surgeries that made the stairs a challenge. The kitchen, living room, balcony were great. The master bedroom and bath were very, very nice. The second and third bedrooms were pretty good too. The master shower blocked up on day 1\. Doors in the second bedroom were getting stuck and the safe was broken. All these complaints were addressed and fixed within a few hours. We think this is the best condo at Hualalai hands down. The home has everything a family needs and the staff are wonderful to work with. Reviewer Comments: In the past we stayed at the hotel resort but decided this year to try a Villa instead because we have three children. The Villa was in a perfect location and it felt like a family home with enough space for everyone without feeling overcrowded. It is close enough to the resort facilities so that the teenagers could easily walk to/fro without complaining. Of course having the golf cart was a bonus for lazy days. Being able to use the facilities at the resort was very important to us. The Villa has been beautifully maintained, rooms are clean and the views from the dining room, living room and master bedroom is just as shown in the photos: amazing. We could hear the ocean waves from the rooms and having the golf course in front of the balcony gave the Villa a relaxing ambience that one expects from Hawaii. One of our sons was able to continue his track training by running on the golf course. The kitchen had everything we needed to BBQ for a group of 13 people.
