Located just steps away from a solar heated pool, ocean front lounge and BBQ area along the rocky shore. Where you can spend the day relaxing in the sun or shade while watching breathtaking views of the ocean. Kona Isle is located next to the famous Ali'i Salt Water Pool. Enjoy this one bedroom one bathroom condo with 55 inch Sony 4K smart television, Spectrum tv programming with HBO and 200 mbps Wifi internet. New kitchen with quartz countertops, new appliances including dishwasher and electric cooktop. Two A/C units provide a comfortable area to relax after a day of adventure. Bathroom has large walk in shower with grab bar for safety. Washer/dryer and sleeper sofa with queen size mattress are located in the condo. For Beach Essentials, we provide (2) beach chairs, (4) beach towels, (1) beach umbrella and ice cooler along with BBQ tools if you want to enjoy using the complex's BBQs while relaxing next to the ocean. Everything about this condo was perfect! It was beautifully designed for vacation rental, with all the accoutrements we could have imagined included. We were able to eat outside on the patio most meals. James was a great host, very responsive- although we had very few concerns, as he covered questions we may have had with email/text instructions. For us, the best thing is the oceanfront location. We spent many hours sitting on the little private beach. Itā€™s the perfect place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine and you donā€™t have to fight the crowds! James was lighting fast at replying to all questions. We had a wonderful stay. The condo is very clean and well appointed. Very well maintained. We stayed with our five year old son and on the night we arrived the pull out couch had been set up with sheets and pillows already laid out. This was such a nice touch and very much appreciated after a long day of travel. The condo grounds are beautiful. Also very well maintained. The pool is nice. It was a bit busy in the afternoons, which we liked because our son had a couple of children to play with. But it was empty most mornings and evenings.Beautiful ocean front location, lovely to cook dinner at the bbqs and watch the sun set! James was very responsive when a question came up. Would definitely recommend for a couple or small family. We would stay again when we visit Kona. The ā€œpublicā€ salt water pool is not swimmable. Maybe it was due to the time of year, but it is covered in algae and full of fish and other sea creatures. The location is superb. Itā€™s close to town and within walking distance of many amenities like coffee shops, markets, restaurants, and shopping. The complex is oceanfront with a pool and private beach area. A great place to relax and enjoy the amenities. The condo was clean and well appointed. Everything you need to prepare meals for a night in and also beach necessities provided which was much appreciated for days at the beach. Great amenities, we frequented the pool and grilling area. James was very responsive with a few questions I had and was accommodating when we arrived in the area a little prior to check in time. The plumbers were a bit distracting, but when we contacted the owner he put everything to rights. He even came to the property to talk to the manager while we were there.
