You're minutes from beautiful beaches, golf courses, coffee farms, Costco, Walmart, and top local restaurants — your ideal Big Island base. Stylish, fully equipped, and perfectly located for exploring everything Kona has to offer. Live as local. You’ll have the entire 2nd floor (1,240 sq ft) to yourself, with a private stairway and entry door. It also includes a large lanai/balcony for your private use. The first floor is a studio unit that is completely separate with its own private stairway and entry door. There are no shared living spaces between the two units. Beach Supplies: We’re happy to provide a beach umbrella, 3 beach chairs, 3 boogie boards, and one snorkel set for you to enjoy during your stay. Please use them responsibly and at your own risk. By using these items, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur. Quiet Hours: Kailua-Kona has a noise curfew between the hours of 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and let the sounds of the island carry you to sleep.
