Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 full bath in Keauhou's newest complex. Na Hale O Keauhou is the most sought after rental because you get resort style living right in the heart of Keauhou. H6 is located in the most private location with no pool or traffic noise from this unit. You still have ocean view from the master bedroom patio.
Floor plan is great for guests who travel with elderly. There is a bedroom downstairs where the kitchen, dining, and living room is located. There is even an attached bathroom to the bedroom. Your elderly guest will have no reason to go upstairs.
Originally purchased in December of 2012. Since then, we have improved it a lot. We've added new flooring, bedding's, small appliances, and even brand new flat screen television in each room. You will not find a cleaner unit! Change in ownership happened in May 2022 but still in great hands. At unit H6, you will enjoy the comforts of a King Bed in the master( new 2022), king bed ( new in 2023) the second bedroom, and a Queen bed downstairs. There is also a pack n play and pull out sofa in our unit.
Enjoy preparing dinner in our fully stocked kitchen or enjoy a nice meal in the lanai with a brand new bbq and furniture that was purchased in 2020.
Location of this complex is also the best. We are a 15 minute walk from Kahaluu Beach where you have the best snorkeling on the Big Island. We are also a 10 minute walk from Keauhou Shopping center where you can find great restaurants and shopping.

Great place to stay, very close to downtown Kona and a few nice beaches. Place was roomy and comfortable for all of our guests. Outdoor area and pool/spa/gym was very nice to have as well. Thank you! 😊
Stayed at No Hale 0 Keauhou condo. Nice location, convenient to beach/waterfront park, nearby shopping and restaurants. Also close too Kailua, but far enough away that it is less crowded. The unit was very nice, clean, and spacious. and in very good condition. Nice pool and gym on site. I would definitely stay there again.
We stayed with our adult children and their spouses for 2 weeks (6 adults). An excellent property, very well appointed and equipped, and an excellent location. We were all very impressed and pleased with our stay. It was perfect for us! Great place for a family vacation. Condo is an easy walk to the beach and had plenty of beach gear as well. 5 beach chairs 2 umbrellas, one broken, and a cooler to use. Lots of beach towels about 10 in total. Condo was very clean and easy to find. Had everything in the kitchen to cook meals and bbq to save some money. Would stay there againand highly recommended!!!
Had a great time! The place was spacious! Plenty of room for everyone! AC worked great! Pool was perfect (especially for families as they had a small 2 ft deep heated pool perfect for little ones! Only con was the vacuum didn’t seem to work. Looks like there was a brand new Dyson in the closet but couldn’t get it to turn on! Plenty of beach towels, 4 beach chairs! Parking was great! One garage spot and then lots just a short walk! Would definitely stay again!
Condo was beautiful, fully stocked, perfect for our family of 8 (ranging in age from 8 months to 84 years), good location and managers were easily reached/helpful. Highly recommend this 3 bedroom/3 bath gem!
The condo was as expected (no issues) but what was really stellar was the communication from the landlord who went above and beyond to help us with details.
This unit is very comfortable, bright and quiet. The view to the ocean, into Kona and the mountains behind Kona town from the master bedroom lanai is wonderful. It’s well located to snorkeling beaches, shopping and restaurants. This was our second stay in this unit and we have Lready bookedathird for next year!
Nelson was quick to respond with any of my questions. We loved his spacious and beautiful home. Easily walkable to several restaurants, grocery store and Longs Drugs. We appreciated all the beach chairs, umbrellas etc that were available in the garage. Pool and hot tub were great!
My wife and I love coming to Kona, but this was the first time bringing our blended family of 4 teens. This property was absolutely perfect for us. Plenty of room, three bathrooms meant no wars for shower time, and the owners retreat upstairs gave us the right amount of privacy and quiet. We prepared most of our meals here to avoid spending a lot on dining, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also great was having a garage to park our vehicle. Would 100% recommend and can’t wait to come back!
Spacious, well-equipped townhome in a very quiet area
Nelson, the owner, was very polite and answered our questions quite promptly and professionally.
The "welcome" instructions were very clear and thoughtful.
We really appreciated having three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as this avoided any feeling of being crowded (we had 5 people in our group). For the size of the townhome, we were surprised at the very affordable pricing.
Not even mentioned in the listing was a garage full of outdoor beach gear -- plenty of chairs, mask/snorkel/fins, boogie boards and even sand/water shoes.
Property manager Nelson was so excellent to work with. Mahalo Nelson. Our family stayed here for 2 weeks and we loved the unit. The BBQ was a large Weber and just excellent. The beach chairs and umbrellas were all great Tommy Bahama and we beached a lot. Very spacious. Ocean view only possible from upper lanai. Garage was available. If we could come up with a con the mattress was a little firm. This unit is 5 stars all the way!
This is the fourth Na Hale O Keauhou condo unit that our family has stayed at and we travel frequently. While we love the Na Hale condo development and all stays up to this one have been 5-star perfect, this condo unit has "good bones" but with many deferred maintenance issues needing attention/replacement. Based on this, it did not meet expectations but indications are that the owner is working on it.
The owner was responsive to the problems and scheduled multiple maintenance staff to come work on the unit during our stay as well as had replacement linens and some replacement kitchen items brought in.
Unfortunately for our family vacation, it was a real distraction to first encounter and deal with these issues, then with the repair staff coming and going into the unit. Not the carefree vacation we were looking for. Bigger issues needing attention/replacement could not be addressed during our stay but it appeared that the owner was going to attend to these for future guests.
