If you’re seeking the tropical getaway of a lifetime, look no further than this amazing oceanfront Kailua-Kona vacation rental condo, complete with mesmerizing sunset views over the Pacific!

With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom this unit is the perfect size for a couple out for an unforgettable Hawaiian retreat. At the end of the day, relax outside on the private lanai with a mai tai & simply take in your the incredible view as the sun slips behind the Pacific Ocean you’ll be able to enjoy amazing Hawaiian sunsets from both the lanai and the living room! New mattress installed May 2019 & new sofa bed July 2018. NOTE - There is no air conditioning.

Located on the top floor (4th floor) in the very quiet Kona Bali Kai condominium complex, this condo is ideally situated close to all activities, beaches, shopping, and restaurants in Kona. You’ll find tide pools directly outside for exploring, and the famous Banyans surf spot is located right in front. “Da Poke Shack," rated number 1 on Yelp’s “100 Best Places to Eat in America,” is conveniently located on the premises, so definitely make sure to check it out for a tasty meal! You and your travel companion will also have access to the communal barbeque area with picnic table and courtyard swimming pool inside the complex, just in case you desire a change of pace from the sand and surf. When you stay at this condo, the best of Hawaii’s Big Island is practically right at your fingertips!

This condo had an incredible view! It was well stocked and comfortable.The communication with the host was on point, check and out were both easy processes. We enjoyed our stay very much-it was the perfect "home base" while we explored the Kona side of the island.

Amazing sunsets

A very clean condo with everything we needed. We slept well in the bed every night. The view from the lanai was incredible, in particular the sunsets were just amazing. My wife and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The incredible view and the sound of the waves crashing will be in our memories for a long time. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay as well as beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, bogey board. The street in front could be noisy but it didn't bother us.

Staying at Kailua Kona

The Condo at Kailua Kona was a bit pricey. The furniture was outdated and uncomfortable. While the bed was great, it was very noisy in the bedroom since it faces Ali'i Drive. The outside lights on the walkway were on all night which is great, but the room did not have black out curtains so the bedroom was too bright all night long.The ocean view and sounds from our lanai were wonderful. It was easy to get to shops and restaurants by car in just a few short minutes. Parking at the condo was easy.

Location is good, close to outdoor market where the tacos are amazing. Futher down on Ali'i the restaurants and shops were great. Condo has very thing you need for your stay.

Perfect Place For Us

We enjoyed the stay. Edgar was very informative. The views were wonderful. My wife spent time out around the tidal pools and saw a couple of sea turtles. Location was perfect for our needs.

A Great Condo!

We loved our stay here. The views can’t be beat. The furniture was comfortable - I really slept well! The kitchen was well equipped with every thing we needed. Lots of spices there for our use too. There is plenty of snorkel equipment, beach towels, etc. We had a little trouble getting the tv going and were completely impressed with the local contact, she was quick and efficient and such a nice person - a real gem. We can recommend highly!

Beautiful Lanai To Enjoy The Sunset and Surf

The condo is comfortable and the view from the Lanai is its true charm. We enjoyed our stay. I recommend that you update the pots, pans, knives & dishwasher.

Great views and locale

We have stayed at various KBK properties for the past 20 years. This unit has wonderful views and the host is very responsive as is his local contact. Unit is a bit dated though clean and appointed with everything one needs for a great stay. Our only wish, especially for the price point, is that the unit had a/c for the 3:30 to 5:30pm hot part of the day or additional shades to keep the unit cooler when there are no breezes during those warm hours.
