However; the air conditioner could not keep the temperature comfortable in the late afternoon. Most days it exceeded 80 degrees. One day it was 84 on the thermostat. Absolutely beautiful property and location. The lanai alone is worth choosing this unit. AC worked great, well stocked kitchen, and good communication when we had questions. Only thing to note is the beds are firm. This trip was with friends and one couple loved the firmness of their bed and the other couple felt their bed was much too firm. First off the view was beautiful all day and night! The condo is well kept with lovely decor that makes you feel the aloha as soon as you arrive. The kitchen was well supplied and able to cook several dinners and most breakfasts during our stay. Quite lovely having meals outside on the large deck. The coffee grinder was an added plus! The bedrooms were large and beds very comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious with plenty of soft towels. The beach supply closet was much appreciated. The condo provided more than ample space for two couples to spread out. The resort that the condo is part of is well manicure with beautiful foliage everywhere. The pools were a nice retreat after a day of snorkeling. We enjoyed the short beach walk as well. We will definitely stay here again when in Kona. ##### Jackie K.
