The condo was somewhat updated but it needed a few cosmetic updates. Unfortunately it smelled of mold which might be due to being by the beach. Parking is not easy. There is no late check out unless you pay for it dearly. We left the condo early came back a couple minutes before our check out time and the cleaning person was already in the condo, so should work both ways. This location is great for walking to the many coffee shops and restaurants in the downtown area of Kailua-Kona. There is also a cute little shopping mall, an ABC store, and a farmers market nearby. The main beach in town is a fairly easy walk from the condo, and the pool and hot tub on the property are also great. Inside, the condo has everything you need to relax and have fun: fully outfitted kitchen, comfy living room and bed, nice little patio area, beach chairs and umbrella, and a variety of beach toys for kids of all ages. ##### Carol C.
