Ocean front! September available! Amazing sunsets from large wrap around lanai!


  • The wrap around lanai is a perfect place to relax with coffee watching whales, dolphins and amazing sunsets!! This condo is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ocean front condo on the top floor. It has new furniture, beds, bedding and more! The building has an evaporative cooling system central to the building as well as an elevator. (The condo is oceanfront so it all the way to the back of the building with some steps along the way after getting off of the elevator. So probably not a great fit for people with physical disabilities). The master bedroom has an ocean view and King sized bed. Master bathroom has a walk in shower, double vanities and a washer and dryer. The second bedroom has an ocean view, queen bed. The bathroom has a tub shower combination. Large smart TV in the living area. Property amenities include salt water pool on the ocean (although extremely rare, if surf is very high may be unusable), a fresh water pool, barbecues for your use as well as a common area to sit for dinner. A beach area with lounge chairs to enjoy the ocean.Due to the nature of the lanai probably not suitable for children under 10.
