In the heart of Kailua Kona, Kona Pacific E632 is truly a jewel. This home was lovingly decorated, and no detail was left out. You will not want to miss spending time on the lanai, taking in the ocean views. The large kitchen is fully stocked so that you may cook up your favorite island cuisine. Off the kitchen is a full bathroom. Unwind in the living room after a long day of adventures. The couch pulls out to a bed. Head to the bedroom to rest on the queen size bed. Lounge on the lanai or enjoy a meal at the table while you watch the sunset. Explore all Kailua Kona has to offer just a block away. Quaint shops and eateries are conveniently located near the condo. Stroll along the iconic Ali’I Drive and watch the surf. Head to the pier to take a boat tour or to the hotel for a luau. You won’t have to go far to find fun and adventure! Please note: This home is ADA compliant. While we also welcome children, the lanai is not child proof. This home doesn’t have central air conditioning. The master bedroom and living room have wall air conditioner units. Please Note: The exterior of the building will be painted on the following dates Front side: FEBRUARY 13TH – FEBRUARY 24TH 2023 Back side: FEBRUARY 23RD – MARCH 7TH 2023 Be advised this may change due to inclement weather. When painting occurs, your lanai will need to be completely cleared of all personal items. \*\*\*The pool will be closed for the entire month of October 2023 for the re-plastering of the pool and for pool deck repairs that are needed after the earthquakes last year. The BBQ grills, restroom and cabana will remain accessible. We do understand this is during Ironman, however, we could not secure a contractor for any other time. Awesome location for exploring the rest of the island. Because it is a management co instead of direct access to individual owner, response time and action is a little slower or doesn't happen. But the screen door off its rail didn't distract from our week stay. No one followed up after our initial first day phone call. We just left the screen open and used the glass door. The condo was just perfect for us EXCEPT the broken sofa bed that caused some back and neck pain for both me and my husband. We finally pulled the mattress on to the floor to get a decent night's sleep because the bed in the master bedroom would only fit 2 people! But this didn't take away from the many wonderful things: We used the well-equipped kitchen every day, enjoyed lovely mornings in the lanai sipping chai and watching the gorgeous water every morning, hung out with an egret crane and the kokis almost every day, and even used the pool once. The condo had almost everything you could want - boogie boards, sand toys, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, Beach mats, Beach umbrella, water shoes... And even an umbrella! Instructions were very clear and the check out procedures was not too onerous. Overall, it felt like a home away from home. Good Points: Very spacious condo with nice furnishings. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed, even a wine frig. Nice bedroom with comfortable bed. Two bathrooms with very large showers. Very nice balcony with views of the ocean to the west. Very clean unit. Not so good: 1\. We did not receive a map of the property showing the location of the unit and the designated parking space. When we finally found the condo and entered it, we found a laminated map showing what we needed. It would have been nice to include this map in advance. We arrived well after dark and had a difficult time finding the right parking lot and our parking spot. 2\. There was a Christmas parade while we were there that blocked access to the parking area for several hours, and we couldn't even get to our unit because the only access was from the parking area. It would have been nice if the condo manager opened the automatic gate (which we didn't have access ability) to the Kuakini Highway to the east of the condo. We finally got into the parking area when another resident happened to be leaving and opened the gate. 3\. Minor but annoying: The TV channels listed in the condo unit do not match the cable channels subscribed by the owner. We could not even access the main national broadcast channels, and therefore could not watch a football game that was broadcast nation-wide. ##### Kurt E. Great kitchen appliances, wine bar, beach stuff to borrow, small things like cleaning, laundry supplies, first aid kit, bath products ,and a super veranda with best chairs.
