Beautiful and peaceful two bedroom home with an ocean view and convenient location. Located 7 minutes from the airport and 5 miles from town. Easy access to beaches, grocery stores, and everything Kona has to offer. This two bedroom space is the second floor of a completely separated two story home to which you have your own private parking and entrance. Kitchen is completely renovated with brand new appliances and many amenities to help make your stay more comfortable. Spacious dinning table to enjoy meals with your loved ones, California King bed in the master bedroom, and a queen bed in the adjacent bedroom. Brand new Samsung washer and dryer located in the bathroom for your convenience. Massive sectional sofa in the spacious living room with a 55" smart TV and of course free WIFI. You will have a hard time beating the beautiful private wrapping lanai where you can relax and watch Kona's magical sunsets or even sit down at the outdoor desk and conquer tasks with the ocean as your background. Owner lives on the first floor but is gone most of the day and will definitely give you your desired privacy. But also close by should you need anything or have any questions. The central location is great, we never said “too far a drive” whether we were snorkeling in Captain Cook or beaching it north at Hapuna. The house was perfect for 4 people and we spent half our time out on the lanai where the view is great and the breezes are cool. The small things were also done well, like providing a good set of XL beach towels and chairs. Host was super responsive for questions / requests before and during the stay. The host was super responsive to our needs and very kind. I could tell that he has put some thought into the listing and had left a few extras around for us that I wouldn’t expect from a VRBO. For us it was too noisy, but none of it was within the host’s control. It is worth nothing that the house sits off of a busy road so there is traffic noise (we had chosen this place rather than in Kailua-Kona proper because we specifically wanted to avoid traffic noise). There is also a neighbor who is really loud. I tend to look for quiet during my vacations so personally it was not a good fit.
