Individual AC units and ceiling fans in each room make it easy for everyone to be comfortable. Great location a short drive from shops and restaurants, but far enough away so it's quiet. Fall asleep to the sound of waves. The rental is exactly as described, a clean two bedroom, two bath condo unit on the third floor (elevator or stairs) looking directly out on the ocean with a clean modern kitchen, washer and dryer. The unit was very clean on arrival and easy to get into. It is about 1.5 miles south of the main Alii tourism strip so it is quiet at night. There is a pool and hot tub that we did not use. Two propane grills are available and frequently used. Next door is banyan tree surf break so you can watch surfers with your morning coffee.
