This fully furnished, turn-key, spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bath, is part of a private, gated, rambling plantation-style property. The 2nd LEVEL apartment catches the ocean breezes and comes with a window A/C in the bedroom, large living area and dining area. Street parking, shared pool, washer/dryer, and poolside bathroom. An outside refrigerator is perfect for keeping drinks cold by the pool while entertaining friends and family.

The property is 75 yards from LANIKAI Beach access and 1 block away from Lanikai Park. Located 10 minutes from Kailua Town shopping and restaurants. It is 6 miles from Marine Corps Base Hawaii, and 21 miles to Joint base Pearl Harbor Hawaii. Easy access to Pali Highway, Likelike Highway, and H-3.

All utilities, cable, and wifi internet access are INCLUDED in the rent. (Sorry, no pets and no smoking.)
