Nestled between a park and a rarely used club with only one beachfront neighbor, this quiet and serene gated home has private beach access as well as a salt water pool and hot tub, and giant doors that open the entire center of the house to the huge lanai. You'll be greeted every morning with the sounds of birds chirping, ocean breezes in the palm trees, and the wonderful sound of waves crashing at the beach. Enjoy the evenings on the 1,000 square foot lanai listening only to the waves and breezes with your dinner at the large Balinese table, followed by board games with the kids and a glass of wine as you relax in the peace, plus a night swim in the warm pool under the stars. This home was renovated in 2019 with all new kitchen, floors, and baths and a 20 foot raised central ceiling, all while maintaining the original, historic charm of this very unique property. The porch is large and lends itself to long coffee time and talks while you listen to the birds in the morning and great banquets at night. The pool is large and beautiful. The hot tub is lovely once you figure out how to heat it adequately! The beach is 5 minutes away--you can walk for miles in either direction and feel the peace.
