NEW PHOTOS! One bedroom, one bath apartment in the quite neighborhood of Olomana. This cute apartment comes complete with a split system Split System AC unit, full bath and kitchenette. Rent is $2,000.00 and an additional $400.00 for All utilities including Cable, Internet, Pest Control and Housekeeping twice a month. There is plenty of parking in front of the home to accommodate two vehicles. The laundry is shared with the main house but comes complete with a private entrance and brand new units. New interior paint throughout the space.
