Warm, cozy and spacious. What we loved more is the property is pet friendly and fully fenced so our dog is free to roam around. The property has all the amenities we need for a perfect stay. There's a trampoline, a swing and a slide which the kids fully enjoyed. The location is walking distance to town and the view of the mountains were just picture perfect. Also the host allowed us for an early check in, which is highly appreciated. Couldn't recommend it more for a lovely stay in Kaikoura. ##### Patrick Y. House is well set up, has a warm inviting feel to it and was clean and tidy. It is well suited for very young kids with toys and books for all ages, a slide and a much-used trampoline while parents relaxed on the couch swing. The landlords were very accommodating with some of our personal requirements. Loved the solid wood furniture and the Auger looking stove. Warm and comfy.
