"Location is good, 8 mins to airport, close to major shopping area like Costco, Walmart etc. 25 onto Kihei, 45 mins to Kaanapali and 2 hrs to Hana. Ocean front, nice swimming pool, open concept, very outdoorsy. Staff are great. I wish the parking is included to the $25 amenity fees but it’s additional $25 for parking. Don’t forget to put your parking tag they do boot your car and you’ll have to pay for it. There’s a restaurant attach to the hotel. All in all it’s good. "

"Fabulous hotel well situated on Kaanapali Beach close to shopping with excellant snorkeling at Black Rock and even right in front of the hotel. Not a cheap stay. 50$ a day for parking and 50$ a day resort amenity charge are both over the top. Restaurants on the property are ok. Get an ocean view room. It is worth the extra money. Check in was painfully slow but once we got everything sorted out our family had a great time. Golf course next to the resort is excellent."

"Room has a smell to it due to it being an old property, old rug and old beds. Old design. It is cheap compare to other nicer and renovated properties. Most properties around the area are old. Staff are helpful, always smiling and courteous. Their housekeeping only puts new towels and cleans trash, we had to tell the front desk daily that we want full service to make up the bed. Seems housekeeping doesn’t clean everyday, that could be why the room smells. Beach view doesn’t disappoint, beautiful all the time. Didn’t have breakfast there. We got the rate cheap but the parking fee is $20/night and resort fee is $25/night. We paid more for these fees compare to the room rate. Be careful that you think you’re getting a good deal. Maybe better to do Airbnb since you don’t pay for parking and resort fee."
