Tropical Kuilima Estates Condo at Turtle Bay

  • Aloha! We are excited to offer this beautiful ground floor studio condo with separate sleeping area for your next stay in paradise. Although this unit is classified as a studio, it has a large (190 sqft), fully separated sleeping area with a king bed facing the golf course and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room area. As a studio, ordinance 25-2, Section 21-5.70-3(2)(C )(ii)(bb), allows no more than two adults in the unit. In addition to the two adults, the sleeper sofa provides comfortable sleeping for up to two children. This unit is situated in Kui'lima Estates East, which is located at Turtle Bay on the famous North Shore of Oahu. Enjoy the resort lifestyle without paying expensive resort prices! With a casual island feel, we want you to feel right at home during your stay with us. A beautiful pool, barbecues, and tennis courts lay just outside your door, while the beach, two championship golf courses (Arnold Palmer and George Fazio), Nalu Kinetic Spa, multiple restaurants (Lei Lei's Bar & Grill, Roy's Beach House, Alaia, Off the Lip, and Ho'olana) and a pool bar are just a short 5 minute walk away.
