New Air Conditioner installed August 3, 2021\. 2 TV’s, 50 “ new Smart in LR, 32” in bedroom. Your Master Suite with queen bed and private bath with a Garden View is fully separated from the living room where there are 2 Darcy Sofas for your comfort. The full bathroom is nearby in the hall. Bathroom cabinets, counters sinks and toilets are new Novembwe 2017\. The full kitchen is all new, with cherry cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Living and dining area are open to the screened Lanai (patio). The Lanai opens to a beautiful garden area with the golf course 75 feet beyond. Newly painted and remodeled with all new linens and refinished tub and shower. We have gated parking with 24 hour security guards in the complex. We provide you with directions from the airport and our onsite manager meets you with the keys and parking fob. She lives in the same complex and is there to help you if a need arises. Our manager also tells us that our unit is the best of the many she manages, and less expensive too! Enjoy the gorgeous 880 acres of the Turtle Bay Resort. Take a ten minute stroll to the beach, 5 minutes to Leilei's restaurant, two world class golf courses, tennis courts, the swimming pools and the hotel. Take part in or view world class surfing close by at Sunset Beach, Pipeline, Waimea Bay or even at the resort Garden Bar. Horseback riding is at the resort, ride or walk on trails to secluded beaches on the property. Nearby, sample fresh local shrimp and leave your autograph at a famous shrimp truck. See old Hawaii lifestyles at the Polynesian Culture Center just minutes away. Visit Hali'ewa Town and dine at Jamieson's, Haleiwa Joe's, Breakers or Cholo's. Even a McDonald's burger can be had, but you have to try a Avocado Burger at Kua'aina. An' brudda, ya got ta 'ave a shave ice in Hali'ewa. Beauty abounds and there are beaches every where. We loved the location and the area is just off the beaten path of the busy areas of north shore. The condo had what we needed to relax on our trip and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The host was great to work with even with our later check in. She accommodated us with our needs and everything was a breeze. Thank you! ##### Sean S. A lot of activities were available. The internet was not reliable, consistently cutting out. This also was an issue when watching YouTube TV. ##### Suzanne L. We enjoyed the hiking trails and the restaurants. Having a laundry room in the unit is a definite plus. There are some areas of improvement that cannot be ignored. The property had a musty smell that never went away even after opening all windows and doors. Other than the kitchen, the rest of the unit is in need of a major refresh. The internet/Wi-Fi was flaky at best. The first day the internet would drop out/come back every minute. When I notified the property manager and owner, it was suggested the I take the time to contact Spectrum Cable and see if I could resolve the problem. Not what we expected. ##### Stephen T. I feel like the first picture doesn't do this WONDERFUL condo justice. We have been out to the islands many times (tried different types of stays), but never an extended stay up in North Shore. Aka, I didn't really know what to expect housing-wise, especially being "outside" the resort. I/we were completely blown away with EVERYTHING - we knew we were in good hands the second we pulled into the resort. The condo's location is perfect. You can walk to the resort, you're a few miles left and right of amazing beaches, food/shrimp trucks, and Ted's Bakery (which we went to every morning). It's truly the ideal location for folks who want to get away from the hustle and bustle, while also having their home-away-from-home feel up in North Shore. The hosts are incredibly helpful and responsive, and their friend Bev is an angel (felt like I was talking to my grandmother). We felt like long lost friends, and everything was just so personable and laid back. There is 0 doubt we will be booking this place again, pending availability, when we venture back up to North Shore. You should do the same :) We can't thank you enough for everything you did for us, and for letting us experience the beauty of North Shore in your home. Mahalo! ##### Jared L. The location is fabulous for poking around the north shore. The AC works great, water pressure is good and hot water is hot, kitchen was well stocked for whatever I wanted to cook. It was very clean.
