* The efficient and full size kitchen has new appliances and all of the conveniences of being at home. This makes for a better vacation than just a hotel room.
* There's a TV in the living room and one in the bedroom.
* Free High Speed secured internet and a land line for local calls.

**This Kuilima Estates East condo unit is in a prime location that's very close to the resort. Right on the 18th fairway of the Resort's Fazio Golf Course, it's a short walk to the resort and the Pristine Turtle Bay Beaches. You could walk to the resort and be surfing or enjoying a Sunset Cocktail at the Resort's Pool Bar within 15 minutes. You could also drive there and Park for Free. Yes, Parking is Free at the condo and the resort! Drive there for your convenience to enjoy the beach and shoreline and the great resort amenities. All Beaches in Hawaii as well as the Ritz Carlton Resort are open to the public. Their Golf Club House and Lei Lei's Restaurant (our favorite) is only a 2 minute stroll from your front door. Please view the resort website for great things to do like: Jamie O'Brien Surf Experience, live music every night, special events, spa services and dining options. The resort pool and beach services are available to non-resort guests at non-resort guest rates. Please inquire with the resort if you're interested in doing that.

* If enjoying being at the beach is your thing, there's beach chairs in the unit for you to use. There's miles of undeveloped ocean shoreline, pristine beaches and great trails to explore. If you like spending time relaxing at the pool, our condo's pools is close by with charcoal grills available. They are slightly heated and great for an evening dip.
