Our condo was the most updated of our group. The property manager communicated everything ahead of time, access was easy (except finding 3 different pool codes!), and parking was convenient. The only real complaint is the furniture. The mattress is VERY soft and likely should be replaced. Likewise, the loveseat/foldout in the living area is barely usable with the cushions being out of shape and the mattress being very thin. The side chair in the living room was not much better. The tv’s didn’t work too well but they came and got one to fix, (wasn’t fixed before we left but that was okay) the beach chairs were a little moldy/dirty so we put a towel on them as precaution. The oven smelled a little weird so we didn’t use it as a precaution,when you turned it on so we didn’t use it. But other than that it was a cute, good little unit! Overall it was a great stay! Condo was very clean. Staff was attentive to our needs. There were a few little hiccups, but not major. When we(3 adults) arrived the door wouldn’t open. The door was stuck. I called and it was taken care of quickly. For 3 adults it’s kinda small. There is only 1 air conditioner in the bedroom. For guests not used to the humidity and heat it’s not very cool in the condo. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work, but I really don’t watch tv when I’m there. The tv in the living room worked fine. There were beach supplies, kitchen stocked with basic things, location was close to pools. I still recommend this place. Would I stay here again? Probably not and the reason would be the lack of cooling in the living room/ kitchen area. ##### Laurie S.
