The room I had stayed was excellent. We all had the amenities in the room( hair conditioner, shampoo and shower gel). And all of them had got the famous brands. The pools both outside and inside got heated. This was quiet good because of coldness and rainy days. The hairdresser was quiet good either. Food was excellent. However especially meatballs and chicken taste were not good. It was looking like raw/undercooked. The personnel were quiet good. Worth of staying in here. Especially the room number 1105. Thank you all.

Absolutely Beautiful lobby and grounds. Excellent breakfast buffet. Wonderful, helpful staff. But the rooms are as dark as a cave. Worst room lighting i have seen in any hotel. Bathroom light shines on the back of your head rather than your face. Not enought light to see what is in the closet. A unsolved mystery for an otherwise excellet hotel.

"The stay was amazing the hotel location excellent, the stuff was so cooperative that's we reached the hotel before check in time and they prepare the room before 4 hrs. Of checking in. Everything was clean but the problem is in the shower was so small about 75cmx75cm. That's make us so difficult ..."

"Nice Hotel and friendly staff. Close to transport links, I used the train to go most places in and around Izmir. Typical Turkish breakfast which I was OK with. The area around the hotel is residential with a significant number of hospitals. I was content walking around there day and night."
