"From the time we checked in to the time we left I was not happy at all with The Centennial... Especially considered they are part of the Davenport name. We went to Spokane for a concert, arrived about an hour before check in hoping we could leave our bags and go start enjoying the evening. We were informed of good news that our room was ready, only to be told it would be an extra $35 for an "early" check in. We declined and said we would come back and asked if we could leave our car park while we waited... That would be an extra $15! We got back to our room after the concert (about 11:30pm) and noticed the fridge was making a loud knocking sound making it hard to sleep. So we tried turning on the TV to drowned out the noise only to find out our TV didn't work. Being so late we just F@ck it and tried to get what sleep we could. With the fridge still making a horrible noise early in the morning we both decided to cut our losses and go home. We informed the front desk of our bad stay, and they didn't seem to care at all, and then on top of that charged us another $20 convenience fee! We are already paying a premium price to stay at this hotel, and the lack of service and quality, paired with the nickle and diming mentality, we will never be staying at a Davenport hotel EVER again! BUYER BEWARE! THEY DON'T CARE!!! "

"Easy check in, friendly desk staff. Breakfast very disappointing; no thought to allergies; i am celiac and asked if GF bread available for toast, or GF cereal & was dismissed. Also, paper plates!?? "

"We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. It was delicious . The waiters both time we great. The room was spacious and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our short stay … when I return to Seattle I would definitely stay there again. "

"We booked a room at the Doubletree expecting a wonderful experience. However, we were very disappointed in not only the room but the parking situation & the way we were treated. First, we were not informed there would be a Cryptocom convention going on which took up all the parking and causing the driveways to be blocked off. We ended up having to park near the valet parking & walk all the way to the rear of the property (section 5B) carrying all of our luggage. Three members of our party are senior citizens & it was very difficult to manage. There were no signs to indicate the main lobby so we drove around & around trying to find a way to get in to register. When we got to our room there were so many non-working/broken things in the room we couldn't believe it. We made a long list of the items and then reported them to the office. They told us to just write to you without anything being cleared up. When we asked for a porter the next day because we could not carry our luggage back through the parking lot, we were told that the parking lot had been unblocked & we could walk back & bring our van closer. Thank goodness for that. They said they would send a porter up to bring our luggage down, then called back later to say he had been sent on an errand & couldn't help us. We began bringing our luggage down, got another phone call saying that they found someone who would help us. He showed up on our second trip with the luggage & just pushed a cart at us, but didn't help at all."

"My room had an terrible smell and the entire room floor was sticky we never took our shoes off to even use the restroom there were ants and the hole room was not even close to what they advertised "

"The hotel was lovely, but there were signs all over the parking lot telling us about a fee to park in the hotel lot. Like, in their OWN PARKING LOT where we were staying as guests. We asked about it and was told it was a new program and parking would be $15. I protested, since we are literally guests of the hotel. The clerk told us she'd comp us the parking fee, which is great. BUT THERE SHOULDN'T BE A FEE TO BEGIN WITH! We were LITERALLY staying in that hotel, which we chose so we'd be close to the airport and able to return the rental car the next morning. I'd have NEVER reserved a room if I'd known you were going to charge a fee to park there. "
