"I had an amazing stay at Valia Hotel. The room was spotless and very well maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was fresh and offered a great variety of options, which made mornings something to look forward to. I also really appreciated the efficient shuttle service, with scheduled routes between the airport, Emporium Mall, and the train station—it made getting around very convenient. The gym was a pleasant surprise as well, with a good amount of equipment for a hotel fitness center, making it easy to keep up with workouts while traveling. Overall, a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be staying here again."

"To be honest was expecting more from this hotel as the reviews and rating was pretty high and given I haven't stayed in this area before, decided to give it a try. But it's a lacklustre hotel. In room dining was poor and we ordered Thai food. The worst was the bed . Super uncomfortable with poor back support which gave us both back aches. After the feedback and request for a firmer mattress they came back with a wooden board to be place ON TOP of the mattress. Horrors! I put it down to back communication and then asked for a room change which also took some time but it wasn't much different. I DONT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE "

"Our stay at Hyatt Place Bangkok Sukhumvit 24 was overall okay. The room was clean and comfortable enough for resting after long days out, though the hotel itself feels a bit dated and could benefit from more updated decor and a fresher aesthetic. Housekeeping did a very good job throughout our stay, and the staff were polite and kind, which we appreciated. The location is convenient and made getting around Bangkok easy, so overall it worked well for our trip."
