The room was great: light and clean off a courtyard at the back of the building so it stayed cooler. The kitchenette was very helpful-we could store and prepare some of our own foods. The hotel was fabulous could not fault , near to everything , the welcome we received from Etienne was amazing from checking in to vacating and helping out with train suggestions and printing out tickets was incredible, the personal touches from this gentleman was truly a hugh asset for the Hotel , and a true professional , polite & friendly . The cleaning team were amazing and our room was cleaned daily . Breakfast was plentiful and fresh . Thank you for a fabulous stay and we would have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel to future guests and if back in Normandy would most definitely book again ."
