We have spoken to our managers who tell us they have new people on the team that have missed a few important processes and procedures, namely, ensuring adequate toilet rolls, wash up detergents, cloths, bin liners and so on. Hi Kristy, thank you so much for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your time at the house. Linen and Towels are available but need to be booked seperately in advance. We perhaps need to make that a clearer in our listing so will have a look at that. Cleaning sponges, soap and dishwasher detergent, tea cloths and so on should have been at the property for you so we are sorry about that. Normally there is an amount of tea and coffee so again, our apologies. (We dont generally provide oil/oil spray - so something for us to think about) Hop[efully you will come and stay with us again and give us a chance to score a 5 star review. Thanks again. Hi Clare, thanks for taking the time to review our property. To get a score of 1 star is disappointing. For the benefit of others who may read the review we would like to point out the following; On the first page of our VRBO website listing if clearly states the following; "BYO towels and bed sheets" It then says; "Please note that this property has no heating. If you are visiting during the winter months you may like to bring an electric heater with you". Regarding price, your comments are interesting. Feedback received from the many other visitors disagrees with you. It is very important that people make the effort to read and understand the details of what is being offered at holiday rental properties before booking them. Thanks Susan, we are exploring a larger fridge/freezer. Unusual not to get a sea breeze in Jurien but yes, Jurien would certainly be warm in summer without a sea breeze! GFlad you enjoyed your stay.
