"El personal es muy simpático y atento. Si se tiene problemas, te ayudan. El local está a unas 2 cuadras de la playa. El desayuno es poco variado, pero de buena calidad. Suficiente para no pasar hambre hasta medio día. Lo malo es que se hace check in tarde (14 hrs) y el check out es muy temprano (11 hrs)"

"O atendimento é espetacular, desde as meninas que auxiliam nos quartos, ate a recepção. O cafe é servido a uma curta caminhada do hotel, mas que se transforma em um espetacular cafe com uma vista fenomenal da praia! Tudo estava bem limpinho e organizado. So duas coisas a comentar, as toalhas sao asperas e os quartos tem uma pessima acustica, todos irao escutar vc e visse versa. "

"The staff and food were absolutely amazing. The buffet was next level; impressive!! There were a few issues with ants/bugs in the room, dirty pool, loud construction late at night (trying to fix elevator), broken faucet and elevator. The beach was hit and miss with the tide bringing in dirty polluted water and dead fish. There was an incident where police chased someone down the beach with ARs and hand guns and shots were fired. "

"We had a great time at the hotel, in large part thanks to the staff, who were very friendly. Overall the hotel is nice, with great views of the sea and a cute decor. It's a decent way up on a hill (10 - 15 minutes from town) so much better with a car (which we didn't have)."
