"We had a fabulous time in Swanage and Sarah was kind enough to call in advance to check what time we were arriving and advised us on where to park upon arrival. This is a beautiful B&B and we felt very welcomed upon arrival despite the Covid situation, our host was very compliant with masks and sanitisers around the house. "The hotel is newly renovated, the cleanliness is spot on, and the staff is really kind and helpful. The position of the hotel is also very good. Bus stops a few minutes walk and restaurants bars shops too. Literally you need to just cross the road and you are on the beach. Highly recommended "

"It was very disappointing very dirty and damp smell shared bathroom was dirty damp on ceiling bed uncomfortable and not clean i had to by cleaning products to make it clean very run down place. Won't be going back."
