"Everything about this property was lovely, the decor and garden were beautiful, bed comfy and good bathroom. The owners were warm and welcoming. Breakfast delicious. Nice quiet neighbourhood yet only a short drive to beachfront. Couldn’t ask for anything else. Only one slight criticism was the bedroom was very hot. Otherwise perfect. Definitely one to return to. "We had a 2 night stay. Craig was chatty, but failed to point out a few things at breakfast on the first morning which proved a little irritating. The pool is only available for guests on certain hours, for example 6-10pm only. Also, rooms are not serviced unless you actually ask for them to be. This information was on the noticeboard but this was not pointed out, so we didn't see it. Otherwise, a nice stay, a good breakfast. Oh, and very light coloured curtains so expect to be woken early."

"Nice place, exactly what you'd expect from an older building in a high street. The room was ready, check-in was so easy it was done and I knew where the room was and where to find breakfast in less than two minutes. I even knew when the bar closed. Why can't all hotels be like this? The room was warm and comfortable with plenty of tea and coffee stuff. Easy car parking, and do hang around to watch the squirrels in the trees in the gardens. Breakfast was excellent. A good stay - I'd stay there...
