Built in 2022, this stunning modern farmhouse is designed to comfortably host families and groups looking to relax, entertain, and enjoy the Florida sunshine. With spacious indoor living and over 1.25 acres of fully fenced outdoor space, this home offers both privacy and room to unwind.

Whether you're lounging by the heated pool, enjoying a BBQ under the covered patio, or spending the evening in the game shed, this home is all about creating memorable moments together.

Sleeping Arrangements (Up to 12 Guests + Pets Welcome)
Primary bedroom: 2 king beds + ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2 & 3: Queen beds, shared full bathroom
Living room: Sofa bed (sleeps 2)
Additional: Daybed (1) + loft mattress in game shed (1)

Plenty of closet space, and we provide fresh linens, towels, and essentials for a comfortable stay.
Please note: the game shed does not have a bathroom.

The living room is warm and inviting, with comfortable seating, cozy blankets, and a smart TV—perfect for winding down after a day in the sun.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home:

Guest Verification & Protection

To ensure a safe and secure experience, we partner with Know Your Guest for ID verification prior to check-in.

Guests will have the option to:

Pay a refundable deposit, or
Purchase a non-refundable damage waiver (recommended)

As the home is located in a tropical environment, you may occasionally encounter local wildlife (such as lizards or insects). We have regular pest control in place and will respond promptly if needed.

No parties or events
No smoking
Quiet hours after 10 PM
No unregistered guests
Pets must be included in reservation
No commercial filming without approval

Pool Safety:
No lifeguard on duty. Use at your own risk. No glass, diving, or rough play near the pool.

Security:
Exterior Ring cameras (front door and driveway) for safety. No indoor cameras.
