Enjoy a private backyard with a sparkling pool and relaxing hot tub. Just 8 minutes to the beach and Intracoastal, and only 5 minutes from Jupiter’s top restaurants. Perfect for families and groups seeking comfort, style, and convenience. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed Bedroom 4 - Full Bed w/ Twin Bed on top (Sleeps 3) ☛ The pool does not heat ☛ We allow pets for a one-time fee of $100 per pet. Please disclose how many pets you are bringing after booking your reservation, as any undisclosed pets will incur a $300 fee, on top of any additional cleaning fees. ☛ Cancellations 30 days before arrival is eligible to 96% refund \*Payment processor retains the 4% transaction fees and does not include them when a refund is issued. ☛ Cancellations 14 days before arrival is eligible to 50% refund. ☛ MINIMUM AGE IS 24 Please note: This home does not have central heating. Any such issues must be reported to the Host in writing and accompanied with timestamped photos of the reported issue. You also understand and expressly agree that if you fail to report any uncleanliness issues or damages accompanied by timestamped photos within this 2-hour window: (1) you will be deemed to have accepted the home and property’s condition at the time of your check-in, and (2) you will then be responsible for full payment of any damages or excessive cleaning required beyond the normal post-stay cleaning process, and (3) Host will be entitled to recoup payment from you for any corresponding charges that may apply.
