Just a lot of little things. The biggest problem was that the host was not truthful when asked about the hot tub. "Staff was amazing. Property was pretty. On a side note please do yourself a favor and stay away from LEO on the beach outside the property - he blatantly took money from our entire group of 12 people (and called half way through our day to PayPal more so we could continue) He did not give us the excursion he promised, said he would refund money daily, but every day was a different excuse as to why he still hadn’t. Upon further review, he has done this many times! He used to be with the hotel, or so he said- I can see why they wanted him gone!!!"
