"Very nice vacation place"

"The Grand Hyatt in Jeju is a landmark and it's easy to see why with the massive Dream Tower dwarfing all other buildings in the vicinity. We were graciously offered a free monitor upgrade due to staying multiple nights. There were numerous restaurants in the hotel but we didn't try any, since there were countless options in the surrounding blocks. Again there is a lot of shopping, which we did not take part in, but it was interesting to walk around. The outdoor pool was great and the kids absolutely loved it. The only downside is that both the indoor and outdoor pools get VERY busy as this is a very popular hotel, so we found the sweet spot with going around dinner time while other people are eating. Bonus points that we found out about a free shuttle back to the airport even though the Hyatt website says that you should take a taxi or the bus."

"I love staying at this hotel every time I come to Jeju. I know there are newer and probably better hotels in the island, but this is my favorite. It's got helpful staff, nice view, and a beautiful garden for a walk."

"The hotel is beautiful and offers a lovely view from the room. The bedding was comfortable—I especially liked the sheets! The room was very clean, and I loved the L’Occitane brand in the bathroom amenities. The staff were also very friendly. The only downside was the limited dining options available at the hotel."

"We were given advice to stay in Jeju-si which would allow us to day drip to various parts of the island. The Lotte Hotel was well placed in town and all staff from all areas of the hotel were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is close to the airport and the free shuttle service to the airport was helpful."
