My room has issues. I had a major leak from the toilet. I reported it to the hotel and even after the maintenance guy said I needed a new room it took 2 days for me to escalate the issue before a new room was provided. The new room the toilet took a long time to refill and was noisy. Much of the convenience didnt work in the room and the day i was leaving i say bug that resembled a bed bug crawl under the fridge. Visitor Policy should have been explained upfront. It was $80 US for any visitors. Online i was told it was only overnight which was incorrect. If someone entered the room and left I would have to pay twice. I booked the room for 2 but it still was a cost to me. This should be more clear from Expedia when offering hotels with a strict policy.

The staff was courteous and overall very helpful. The spaces were clean. They had easy access to taxis if you needed them and the breakfast buffet, and restaurants were delicious. We did ask for extra water a few times and it was stated it would be brought up and never was. Other than that, the stay was pleasant!

Unfortunately the name of the property was not Yoo by Wynwood. It is P. H. Yoo Panama & Arts Tower. This detail that was incorrect cost us time, money and stress at the beginning of our trip. We weren't able to get in touch with anyone at the property or at expedia and we ended up having to cross reference google photos to figure out the correct name and address of the location. This took us about an hour to do in a Country that we had never been to. We are very displeased with Expedia about this. We still have not been contacted by anyone.

Great staff and the food was amazing.
