This was a great hotel for our stay in San Jose. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. Check in was smooth and efficient, our room was fine, and we enjoyed using the pool (although it is cold) and the onsite restaurant.

We loved our stay at Chachagua! The room was beautiful and we felt immersed in the rainforest, while relaxing in luxery accomodations. The staff was amazing, the hot springs and river slide were definite highlights. Highly recommend and would say that it's worth the drive.

El piso de la habitación estaba bastante sucio y el mantenimiento le falta pintura. Tiene experiencia de chimenea pero la madera estaba húmeda por lo que no pudimos vivirla. Esa era una de las razones por la cual decidimos quedarnos ahí.
