"Let me start off saying Bellamar Vacation Rentals was a great host. The check in process was great but finding the house was a total nightmare. It took us an hour and a half with the help of security to find the house. The roads were dark and none of the houses had addresses on them. The house should never have been rented out in this condition. Once we found the house and opened the door we were hit with a musty smell like the house had been vacant for years. All but 1 of the bathroom mirrors...

"Kelvin was excellent and checking in and making sure everything was satisfactory. There was an issue with the internet which obviously effected the use of televisions but Kelvin did his best to resolve it... being that I'm not tech-savy I just decided to use our own internet and it was fine. EVERYTHING ELSE was FABULOUS. The room, air, pool, bbq, etc. We were very happy and would absolutely stay there again!"
