"Overall a pleasant stay and I would return to this hotel for future visits. My family enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which served a variety of options such as, eggs, bagels, waffles, sausage and fruit. This hotel was right next to the Marriott therefore parking lot would be full at times but parking is free so that’s a win.. A great location and in walking distance to a variety of eateries and shopping centers. The only negatives were, the upstairs guests were heavy footed but not the entire time we were there and lastly our room was not ready when we checked in. It took an additional 15-20 minutes to check in and on the website check in time is 4pm. Lastly, we requested for our trash to be removed and fresh bath towels while we were out and when we returned back to the hotel the request was not completed. A simple call to the front desk took care of the issue. I rate this stay a 7/10. "

"Management is not reliable. If you’re ok with spending thousands on a suite and sharing walls that are incredibly thin with your neighbors who will have you up from 12am-5am partying on the weekends then this is the place for you. Bring ear plugs. I came here for a moment of relaxation and it quickly turned to trash. Paid for two expensive nights and only slept one. Good luck. "

"This was a great budget friendly option. The staff was very kind. I believe the gentleman I interacted/checked in with was also the owner, he was always onsite and ready to help with anything but not overbearing to the point where you felt watched. I feel like this helps keep the riff raft trouble makers away. The room was cleaned every day when we left. The sheets, blankets, and bed were comfortable and smooth. The hand soap, body/hand soap, and conditioner were all liquid pump bottles with good smelling soap inside. The cleanliness of these rooms are notable, no funny smells lingering when you walk in, the furnishing is updated, and everything except the bedding(which seems to get cleaned regularly) are easy to clean/wipe surfaces. Everything worked. Parking was easy, we even got a spot each day we were able to see our car from. "

"Hotel was great and the staff was amazing. Outside looks can fool you but inside is clean and smells great. My family forgot a phone inside the room after check out and the front desk staff member went above and beyond going through the room multiple times until she found it and then mailed it to us. She truly made a bad moment in our trip a small hiccup. "
