Reception was very friendly and welcoming. Not many amenities within the domaine, and the area's largest attraction, les sBains de Couloubret (the thermal water spa) was closed without warning to travelers, *very disappointing*

Had an excellent time ,staff are very friendly and helpfull . We stayed over Cristmas and we were surprised finding a christmas card and chocolate in our room. I definetly recomand the hotel in the centre of Toulouse. I would deffinately come back to the Le Grand Balcone Hotel. Two very happy customers.

Pay for premium hotel prices, however you dont get premium hotel price service. Bring your own laundry, cleaning supplies and linens. Its like staying in a very expensive hostel. Staff are friendly, but the price isn't worth the room. And you hope the people that stayed before you clean it to an industry standard. Room lacked comfortable seating, something you should expect when staying for a week(?).

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staffs were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast/brunch buffet was amazing with tons of selections for dessert. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in Toulouse.

Very nice English influenced clean house. Big garden with all the privacy. Private parking just next to the house. We had very nice chats with the owner. Excellent séjour à la ferme. L'extérieur est super pour l'été (beaucoup d'espaces, piscine, jacuzzi, baby-foot), avec une vue exceptionnelle et aucun voisin, idéal pour le groupe d'amis que nous étions. Très bon accueil de Jean Marc, merci pour le sejour !
