"Checking in was easy had a great view of the beach. Room was comfortable the shower leaked in the bathroom (staff was notified). Walkable to shops and restaurants."

"Check in staff was very rude and non accommodating Check in time is 16:00, we arrived at 16:45 and were given a hard time about our reservation because we booked through a "third party" and then gave us a room that wasnt clean yet and said there were no more rooms available. But a nice gentlemen said that was unacceptable and went to the office and swapped our room to a room that was available and said there were plenty of rooms she (check in lady) could have given us."

"Everything was clean, however, whatever cleaning products they used left a very unpleasant smell. We had to buy fabreeze to try and cover the smell. The property was a little run down , nothing too upsetting, but parts of the pool were broken, the hallways and elevator could use fresh paint and new flooring, etc. the cafe hours were odd, but overall it was a fine stay."
