Ideal for families or friends, this 190 m² accommodation can accommodate up to 13 travellers (comfortable for 10 adults and 3 children). It has two living rooms, one with a fireplace, the other with an open kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can also enjoy a large garden and two terraces, one sheltered for outdoor meals, the other in full sun with a view of the river. We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the 1st floor : \- A living room with TV (some games), fireplace (wood not provided) as well as a small adjoining room with a bed. \- A living room with a sofa, a dining area, this room gives access to the terrace. \- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... \- Room 1 overlooking the river: a Queen-size bed (160×200) and two single beds. \- Separate toilet with washing machine. On the 2nd floor : \- Bedroom 2: a Queen-size bed (160×200) (can be separated into single beds) and a cot with bars (130×60). \- Bedroom 3 : garden view : a double bed (140×190). \- Bedroom 4: a double bed (140×190) and an adjoining bathroom with a shower and a toilet. \- Bedroom 5: a Queen-size bed (160×200) (can be separated into single beds) and a single bed (170×110). \- A second bathroom with a shower and two sinks. \- Separate toilet. As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you: \- Daily connections with the TER and TGV stations from Joyeuse (Tourist Office stop) by the CAR of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region. \- The village is served once a day by the line 74 : Valence TGV - Montélimar- Aubenas- Les Vans. \- Montélimar train station located 55 km away (1h05 by car). \- Avignon airport located at 96 km (1h52 by car). Other remarks : \- Arrivals and departures are possible every day except Saturdays. Les Pieds dans la Beaume "Alles in allem ein schönes Ferienhaus, man sollte französisch können (zumindest eine Person) und je nach Jahreszeit viel 🙂 Wunderschönes altes Herrenhaus mit riesigen Grundstück. Ausstattung passt, man kann sowohl gut kochen, grillen, entspannen dort als auch an Spielzeug für Kinder ist gedacht, also für alle was dabei. Direkt vor dem Haus ist eine Mündung zum Fluss, was sich super zum Picknicken anbietet. Einkaufen kann man gut in Joyeuse (8km vom Haus) und auch Essengehen, mehr Attraktionen sind weiter weg. 🙁 Es gab Verständigungsprobleme. Wir waren eine Gruppe aus 9 Personen, darunter 1 Kleinkind. Alle Erwschsenen konnten gutes Englisch sprechen, eine gebrochen Französisch und einer recht gut französisch (Familie lebt in Straßburg). Uns wurde bei der Buchung alles auf Englisch übersetzt und es wird auch mit 4 Sprachen beim Empfang geworben. Dem ist nicht so. Es wurde ausschließlich französisch gesprochen und verstanden mit sehr starken Dialekt, sodass es uns nur möglich war über die eine Person zu kommunizieren und selbst er nur mit Mühe alles verstehen konnte. Zum Glück brauchten wir aber bis auf Check-In und Check-Out keine Absprache. Für Attraktionen muss man schon 1-1,5h Fahrt auf sich nehmen, da schon sehr in der Provinz ist. WLAN reicht nur in 2 Schlafzimmer und Empfang hat man dort erst wieder im nächsten Ort (trotz 5G Netz der Telekom, nur ein Balken). Bettdecken sollte man mitnehmen, da es nachts sehr schnell kalt wird durch das Gemäuer und die Heizung sich nachts abschaltete (waren im Mai dort, tagsüber 22-28 Grad und trotzdem nachts n oh sehr kalt).
