In the Tortoise space, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a TV and a unique fireplace, a full bathroom, and a separate bedroom with a king-size bed. The Hare space offers another kitchen, bathroom, and a playful pastel design. Here, the main room off the dining area features a king bed, twin-size daybed, and TV. A trifold floor mattress and additional linens can be found in the closet. \- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. \- This property has exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws. Cameras are located in front of each unit. \- Due to the remote location of our home, guests may experience unannounced power outages. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
