The entire house has shutters which can be closed for sleeping in darkness. We have a brand new HVAC central air for heating and cooling. There are nightlights in the hallway & primary bedroom with a motion sensor. All bedroom have ceiling fans. No expense was spared, making this house as comfortable as possible. And it was so well stocked! The layout of this home is really nice, easy for us to all be together. My Grandson had fun with the pool table.
