With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living area and amazing outdoor living - you'll feel like you're at your own private desert retreat. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 4 adults and 2 kids. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with attached bath, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a desk area, bedroom 3 has two twin beds. The third room also has a fun chalkboard wall for you kids creative minds! Make the most of your relaxing desert getaway with our outdoor amenities including a hot tub, a stargazing platform, kids' area and a grill with outdoor dining area. During the summer months, enjoy our cowboy tub for a quick cool off! (Cowboy tub NOT heated) • OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • RENTAL AGREEMENT There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation • YARD This properties back yard is not fully fenced. • POOL The pool is a cowboy tub, not a full size pool. They are used for sitting and soaking in water. It is not operable during the winter months and is only available April - October, it is cold-water-only. • PETS We allow well behaved dogs under 25lbs, no more than 2 at a time without hosts permission and added pet fee. Please see the house rules for the full details. The yard is NOT fully fenced. • A/C AND HEAT The house has central AC and heat so you can be comfortable all year around. • KITCHEN Do not cut directly on the counter tops. Please use a cutting board. The fridge is a mini fridge, for stays over 2 night we will give access to the garage with an additional full fridge. • KIDS ROOM WITH BUNKED AND TRUNDLE Please be mindful of your children sleeping on the top bunk. By booking this home you are releasing the homeowner and management from liability for any accidents or injury. There are 3 single beds in this room; 2 bunk beds and 1 bed that pulls out from under the bunk bed • FIRE Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy BUT the propane fire pit located outside if allowed. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane fire pit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine. • FRIDGE There is a full size fridge available in the garage and a mini fridge in the kitchen • WASHER/DRYER House has a washer and dryer available to guests that are staying with us for an extended period of 3 or more days. If you are traveling with an infant or young children please let us know and we will give you access to the laundry room. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. • IDENTITY VERIFICATION You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used. By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above. The location is perfect as it is very close to town center. The backyard is spacious and the bedrooms and common areas are cozy. Perfect place if you’re looking to relax between trips to the park/town. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy as they provide all info needed virtually and in a timely manner. When we first got to the house there were bugs all over the kitchen sink and window and when I went to wash my hands in the master bathroom a huge spider fell into the sick and almost landed in my hands. Disgusting. Be aware of lots of hidden bugs behind curtains or in the puzzle box. Other than the bugs issue the backyard is completely open to the neighborhood. There’s no gate or warning if anyone walks into the backyard. The house itself has plenty of pantry items though all very scratched up but it’s missing a lot of little nice to have things like tissues, hand lotion, and fly swatters. ##### Karyn G. Sleep wasn’t the best in the lower bed, maybe it was the pillows and I could have used a dimmer in the kids room for putting the baby down and / or a nightlight … but other than that we enjoyed our time. It was windy so we weren’t able to really enjoy the hot tub, it’s far from the back door entrance but it really has the best view on a calm day. The house had all we needed. If you're out and about all day at the park or other spots this is the perfect place to have as home base. The hot tub never got quite hot enough and the hot water in the house ran out quick with 6 of us showering and taking baths. My kids were disappointed that the tee pee in the picture was not there but they loved the backyard and it made for a great spot for our Easter egg hunt. ##### Jessica J.
